Ishmeet Singh is a high-school student working on linguistics, with a particular interest in how one language can live in more than one script. Learn35 grew out of that interest.
Ishmeet is also a musician and an expert in American Sign Language (ASL).

About the project
Since 1947, Punjabi has been written in Gurmukhi on the Indian side of the border and in Shahmukhi on the Pakistani side. Learn35 teaches both scripts and converts text between them, so that poems, stories and other writing from either Punjab can be read by all Punjabi speakers.
